Mango is the Philippines national fruit and we are proud on having some of the world's best sweet mangoes.  The best mangoes comes from the province of  Zambales, Guimaras and Cebu. 

How to make Refrigerator Mango Cream Cake

 1.  To make the  Mango Cream Mixture you will need the following: 
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½  - ¾ cup white sugar
  • 1 can Nestle cream (170g)
  • ½ - ¾ cup full cream powdered milk
  • 2 - 3 pcs. ripe mangoes chopped and sliced
2. For Garnish, you will need the following:
  •   1 ripe mango sliced
  •    5 - 8 cherries
3.  24 pcs. Lady Fingers (Broas)

Cooking procedures:

1. To make the mango cream mixture. 
Put in a bowl:  ½ cup butter; ½ - ¾ cup white sugar; 1 can Nestle cream ; ½ - ¾ cup full cream  powdered milk; 2 - 3 pcs. ripe mangoes chopped and sliced. Blend in high speed. Set Aside.

2. In a baking dish or aluminum pan, lay the Lady Fingers (Broas). Top with mango cream mixture. Lay second layer of Lady Fingers. Repeat the process.
3. Garnish with mango slices and cherries on top.

4.  Refrigerate for 8 -10 hours to set before serving.
